Privacy policy
Your information, and what we do with it.
We collect only what we need to reply to you, audit what you send us and hold the calls you book. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to anyone else. Last updated 14 September 2026.
Who is responsible
Reivax Consulting, LLC, 1919 S 40th St Ste 201, Lincoln, NE 68506, USA, is the data controller for information collected through this site. Questions and requests go to aaron@reivaxconsulting.com.
What we collect, and why
- The invoice form
- Your name, work email, company, and what you tell us about the invoice. If you send us an invoice or a rate agreement afterwards, we hold those documents too. We use them to audit the invoice and reply to you.
- Booking a call
- Your name, email, and the answers to the booking questions, processed through our scheduling system. We use it to hold the call and prepare for it.
- Calls
- Calls run over video conferencing. Where a call is recorded or transcribed, we say so at the start, and you can ask us not to. Recordings and notes are used to do the work we discussed and are shared with nobody else.
- This site
- No analytics, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels. Our host keeps standard server logs for security and operation.
Legal basis
Where you ask us to audit an invoice or book a call, we process your information to take the steps you have requested before entering into a contract. Where we keep your contact details afterwards, we rely on our legitimate interest in following up with people who have contacted us, which you can object to at any time by emailing the address above.
Where it is held
Your information is held in our business systems and, where you book a call, in our calendar. We use reputable third-party service providers to run those systems; where any of them process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not contact your carrier, your suppliers or anyone else about an invoice without your instruction.
How long we keep it
If we do not go on to work together, we delete invoices and supporting documents 90 days after our reply, and your contact details 24 months after our last exchange. If we do work together, the engagement terms set the retention.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Email the address above and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Luxembourg that is the CNPD.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
