A track record of reducing costs through holistic supply chain management, and of strategic vendor management: securing and renegotiating advantageous contracts.

An innovator and team builder who drives efficiency through technology integrations, software solutions and workflow redesigns across EMEA and North American markets, managing global teams in hybrid environments.

Aaron leads every engagement personally, from the first conversation to the handover. On the freight audit desk that means the shipper's side of the table: the side that signs the carrier contract, sets the variance tolerance and pays the invoice, and knows what the bill was supposed to say.
